Oceanside Screen proudly maintains all required licensing, insurance and building inspections at the local and state level. When it comes to hiring a contractor for any project it is important that they provide you with copies of their active contractors license and insurance to include Liability & Workers Compensation upon your request. Protection of your home and property is peace of mind. Most importantly this means that your project is being built to current Florida codes by a licensed and insured Aluminum Specialty Contractor.
If you witness questionable building activity, please contact the Brevard County Licensing Regulation & Enforcement Office at (321) 633-2058 and provide a complete address of the location where the person or construction crew are working. Anyone may call in a complaint if they suspect unlicensed activity is taking place. The Brevard County Licensing & Code Enforcement Department will send an inspector out to investigate all activity to ensure compliance. If any company or individuals are in violation, Brevard County Licensing & Enforcement may issue citations to assist in enforcing proper licensing and code compliance.
